Every Wood Crops mattress is quilted, bordered and tape-edge finished by our own team, in our own factory. You buy from the people who make it, so you get the price, the size and the finish straight from the source.
We make the cots, wardrobes and complete bedrooms too. Order the bed and the mattress together and they're made to the same size.

Quilting the cover
The top fabric is quilted in the pattern and feel you choose.
- STEP 02
Building the core
The comfort layers are cut and assembled to the size you ordered.
- STEP 03
Border stitching
The side border is stitched and fitted to hold the mattress in shape.
- STEP 04
Tape-edge & checking
Top, border and base are closed on the tape-edge machine, then each piece is checked before dispatch.

Yes. You can order a mattress on its own, or together with a cot or a complete bedroom from our furniture unit.
