As a residential construction company in Chennai we build independent houses, duplexes and apartment blocks. Every slab, beam and column is engineered, supervised and tested — because everything else you love about a home sits on top of it.
Villa construction where the architecture, the structure and the finish are planned together. Double-height volumes, large spans, pools and landscaped setbacks need the structure designed for them from the start — not worked around later.

A turnkey construction company has to be good at more than concrete. We hand over a building that is wired, plumbed, painted, furnished and cleaned — because the design, civil work, interiors and furniture are all ours, there is no gap between trades for a problem to hide in.
Electrical, plumbing and interiors are the three places a build usually stalls, because they belong to three different vendors. Here they belong to us, so they are sequenced with the civil work instead of queued behind it.
Load calculation, conduiting, wiring, DB and earthing — planned with the civil drawings so points land where the furniture actually goes.

Our manufacturing unit produces the joinery and furniture for the project. Designed by us, made by us, installed by us — and you are welcome to visit and see your material being cut.
Your estimate shows area, specification, material brand and rate for every line. Any change to the scope is quoted in writing before it is executed.

Yes. We handle planning and drawings, approvals support, the civil structure, electrical and plumbing, and the interior fit-out. You can also engage us for the construction only if you already have an architect.

After a site survey we issue an itemised estimate showing area, specification, material brand and rate for each line. You approve the scope before work begins, and any change is quoted in writing before it is executed.

We work across North, Central and South Chennai from our office in Vyasarpadi, including OMR and ECR. For projects further out in Tamil Nadu, talk to us — we take them on selectively based on scope and site logistics.
