From foundation

Wood Crops is a design-build company based in Vyasarpadi, Chennai. Over 15+ years and 250+ projects we learned the same lesson again and again: the problems on a site are almost never technical — they happen in the handover between two vendors.
So we stopped handing over. Today our own engineers pour the structure, our own designers draw the interiors, our own factory manufactures the furniture, and our own teams do the electrical and plumbing. One company is answerable from the first drawing to the final key.
